Gwen Buhler

It is with a mixture of profound sadness and joy that we announce the brief but deeply impactful life of Gwen Elin Buhler, born and passed on the 31st of August, 2026, in Brigham City, Utah. Even though Gwen's time was fleeting, her presence was monumental, touching not just her immediate family but everyone who had the privilege of anticipating her arrival.

Gwen is the cherished fifth child of Daniel and Erin Buhler. After being impressed of two sisters who wanted to join their family, Gwen was the second anticipated sister to complete their family. Her impending arrival was a shared joy, with every family member partaking in the excitement of her growth in the womb. Gwen was much more than a child on the way; she was a leap of faith, a testament to family unity and God's plan, and a symbol of unconditional love. The Sunday before her arrival, her last movements were felt in the womb as the family spent bonding time together. Though the evening ended with uncertainty, a profound peace enveloped them, assuring them that no matter the outcome, they would find strength in each other and in the love that Gwen had already instilled in their hearts.

Though Gwen never had the chance to see the world or engage in the typical milestones of life, her impact is immeasurable. Her existence, however brief, was a beautiful reminder of the power of love, family, and faith. Gwen will forever be remembered by her loving parents, Daniel Austin and Erin Clarissa Buhler; Siblings: Brooke (9), Alden (7), Callen (5) Sarah (2); Grandparents: Ben and Karen Buhler and Aaron and Nova Harrop, and a host of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Gwen will always hold a special place in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those who shared in the anticipation of her arrival.

The family would like to express appreciation to the neighbors, friends and the Brigham City 18th Ward for all the love, prayers and kindness that have supported them.

Graveside services for Gwen will be held Monday, September 14, 2026 at 2:00pm at The Brigham City Cemetery, 300 South 300 East, Brigham City, UT.
