Hugo Zavala-Gutierrez Ogden - Hugo Zavala-Gutierrez died December 10, 2011 at his home. He was born November 16, 1985 in Salinas, CA to Yolanda Gutierrez. Hugo worked at Cornerstone for 3 years. He enjoyed his play station and playing it with family and friends. He loved fishing. He was a wonderful and caring young man to all who he encountered. He also loved spending time with his mother he was a joyful person. He loved working out every day after work. He will be missed by his girlfriend, Veronica Gallegos, his best friend, Tony Chavez and friends He is survived by his parents; sisters and brothers, Maria Jesus Barrera, Juan Carlos Barrera, Valentin Zavala, Felimon Barrera, Veronica Barrera, Jose Luis Barrera, Victor Valdez, Sheyla Rivas, Luis Rivas and Christian Valdez; girlfriend Veronica Gallegos and sister-in-law, Sonia Vazquez. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 514 24th Street. Friends may call on Wednesday, December 14th from 6 to 7 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. where a rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
