Hunter Thomas Jones

Hunter Thomas Jones, 17, passed away on May 16, 2018. He was born on February 6, 2001 to Tom and Tammy Underwood Jones in Ogden, Utah. He attended Ben Lomond High School.

Hunter enjoyed camping, fishing, hiking, playing the PlayStation, and spending time with friends. He also enjoyed doing Karate and earned a Black Belt.

He is survived by his parents, his brother, Gage Jones, his grandparents: Niora "Nicci" Varney, Bill Jones, and Rick Sr. and Judy Underwood, his great-grandmother, Marlean Varney, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandma, Michael Murphy, grandfather, Robert Varney, great-aunt, Debby Haymes, and great-grandma, Marva Clontz.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018, at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden. There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 N Monroe, Ogden.
