JACK HULL SIMPSON

HOOPER - Jack Hull Simpson born August 6, 1923 to William E. and Loreta Hull Simpson in Hooper, Utah. Jack passed away Thursday, January 22, 2004.

Jack was the third child of ten children and was a parent to his siblings after the death of our mother.

Jack was a member of the Hooper 2nd Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He studied to graduate from the Weber School District where he was employed as a custodial engineer for many years at Hooper Elementary School. He also worked as a cook at Roy Jr. High School until his retirement, where he considered all of the children his.

He loved horse back riding, fishing and all kinds of sports. He had been a 4-H leader where he received many awards and traveled all over the country with his 4-H Club.

He is survived by brothers and sisters Dean (Sue) Simpson, Oroville, CA; Bette Wilson, Hooper; William (Madge) Simpson Loanoke, AR; Isabelle (Jack) Voisand, Hooper; Mary (Roy) Stokes, Fountain Valley, CA; Kathryn (Marlin K) Penrod, West Warren, Iretta (Bob) Patrie, Evanston, WY; many nieces and nephews and a niece in the U.S. Army stationed at Ft Hood, North Carolina.

His parents, a brother and sister preceded him in death.
