Jaclynn Blake Larsen Obituary (2011 - 2011)

JacLynn Blake Larsen "Our Sweet Angel" HOOPER - JacLynn Larsen, daughter of Blake and JaLynn Larsen of Hooper, Utah, passed away shortly after birth. She left this life peacefully in her mother's arms, on December 21, 2011. She is survived by her parents and three sisters, Taylor, Madelyn, and EvaLyn. For the short time she was with us, she changed our hearts forever. We look forward to the day when we can be together in the eternities. She will be greatly missed. A special thanks to Dr. Brierer, Dr. Shefield, and nurse Jen. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at 3:30 p.m., at Hooper City Cemetery, 5290 South 6300 West, Hooper, Utah. Friends and family may visit from 2:30 - 3:15 p.m., on Tuesday at the Hooper Stake Center, 5375 South 5900 West, Hooper, Utah. Interment in the Hooper City Cemetery.
