Jake R. Pilkington Obituary (1979 - 2008)

JAKE R. PILKINGTON ROY - It is with deepest sorrow that we mourn the loss of our beloved, son, brother, and father, Jake Pilkington. He passed away Thursday, December 12, 2008 in Naples, Florida. Jake was born in Ogden, Utah on September 24, 1979, the son of Rex Steven (deceased) and Connie Pilkington. He attended Roy High School. He is survived by his daughter, Karlie Ray Pilkington, her mother Alicia Roberts, his brother Steven Pilkington, and his mother, Connie Pilkington. Jake was fond of fishing, camping, and the great outdoors. He was a gracious host to his family and friends. He was at his best when caring for others. His daughter Karlie was the true love of his life. There will never be a father more proud than he was. When she was born he said, "Mom, look what I made." Jake will be missed with every breath of every day, but through her, he will live on.
