M/Sgt. Jasper Arlon Peters Obituary (1934 - 2015)

M/Sgt. Jasper Arlon Peters (USAF RET) May 21, 1934 - April 27, 2015 Jasper Arlon Peters, beloved father and friend to all, passed away on April 27, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Jasper and Elvia Deason; brothers, Irmel and Willard. He is survived by wife, Mary (Betty) of 58 years and sons, Arlon and James; sisters, Darcie (Whitaker), Deloyce (Fenn), Vonice (Blackburn) and Janice (Texton). He spent most of his military in the aircraft field. He held many positions including crew chief, flight chief, flight line superintendent, heavy maintenance operations and crash recovery operations. He spent a tour in Vietnam, supporting missions into North Vietnam. He retired from the military and worked at Hill Field on the production line for F-4 and F-16 aircraft.
