OGDEN - Jesse A. Martinez, 12, died Saturday, June 22, 2002 at Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City.

He was born August 23, 1989 in Ogden to Joe and Laura Lindner Martinez. Jesse was a student at Mt. Ogden Jr. High and would have been in the 7th grade this fall.

He was a member of the Potter's House Christian Center and had accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and personal Savior.

He enjoyed all sports, and loved having fun. He was always smiling.

Surviving are his parents, Joe and Laura Martinez; his grandparents, Benardo and Ramona Martinez, Jed and Anita Frasier; brothers and sisters, Joe Martinez, Jr., Anthony Martinez, Alex Martinez, Desiree Martinez; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be missed by all.
