La Verkin - Jimmie J Graham, our beloved husband, father and grandfather, passed from this life on September 6, 2009, at the age of 75.

He was born September 25, 1933, in Grand Junction, Colorado, the fourth child and only son of Bert M Graham and Vera Foy Graham.

He married Georgia Lee Heath on April 10, 1959, in Ogden, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple.

He was reared in western Colorado, and moved to Layton in 1954. He lived in Layton for 41 of the next 43 years, and moved to La Verkin in 1997. He worked as an electrician at McKay-Dee Hospital, retiring in 1992. He was an active member of the LDS Church.

He is survived by his wife; three sons and three daughters, Terry and Sam Johnstun, Joseph City, AZ, Brian, Salt Lake City, Kelly and Tim Wright, West Point, Kamie and Jaron Johnson, Draper, Kevin and Kathy, Plain City, Jon, St. George; one sister, Billie Berry, Ogden; 23 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Dixie Shrimpton and Barbara Coyle; two grandsons , Curtis and Brad Wright.

Services will be held at 11 am on Friday, Sept, 11, 2009 at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden. Friends may call on Thursday at Myers from 6 to 8 pm and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment will be in Myers Evergreen Memorial Park, Ogden, where military honors will be accorded.
