Jody L. White of South Ogden passed away February 20, 2014. He was born June 8, 1974 in Ogden, Utah the son of Julie E. White and Robert D. White. He grew up in South Ogden also lived in Roy, Syracuse, Virginia and Arizona. He graduated from Bonneville High School and received an Associate degree at High Tech Institute of Phoenix AZ. He received a degree in Computer Electronic Technology. He was an Electrical Engineer, Maintenance and Refrigerant Technologist, auto mechanic and a very creative inventor.

Jody was an accomplished athlete who enjoyed golf, boating, football, basketball, soccer and baseball. He loved music and movies, and fishing and camping. He was fun loving and a jokester.

He was a very spiritual person who was a loyal friend and family member.

Jody married Jessica Fitzsimmons in Layton on June 15, 1996; they later divorced.

He is survived by his daughter and two sons, Kaylee Snow White, Jacob Carl White and Trystan Elijah White; his parents and grandfather, Theron L. White. Also survived by two sisters and two brothers, Corissa (Cole) Mitchell, Zack R. (Heather) White, Kerie (Jeff) Jones and Curtis R. White. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and a cousin.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2014 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Friends and family may call at Myers on Thursday, February 27th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Interment, Washington Heights Memorial Park.
