Joealler Andrews Hubbard Obituary (1902 - 2004)

Joealler Hubbard Joealler Hubbard (when the saints go marching home), mother, grandmother, known to many as Motha Hubbard was called home on Saturday, December 18, 2004. She was born on May 3, 1902 in Paris, Texas, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cal Andrews. Joealler married Gus Hubbard on January 1, 1929 in New Boston, Texas. They made their home with their first son Linard in Fieldridge, Oklahoma. She worked as a homemaker, cook, housekeeper. In 1941 Joealler and her husband and second son Lorenzo moved to Utah. She became a faithful member of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ for 73 years. She leaves to mourn Linard (Lucille) Hubbard, 13 grandchildren, Lenora Downs, Betty Rector, Gladys Eastman, Brenda (Frank) Murphy, Jerry (Gwendolyn) Hubbard, and Terry Hubbard, all of Oklahoma City; Theresa (William) Anderson of South Carolina; Ronald, Gwendolyn, Lorenzo Jr., Chamanique, D'Iamante Hubbard, and Christopher Cramer, all of Utah; 32 great grandchildren; 40 great-great grandchildren; a very special sister-in-law Jessie Anderson, and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Gus, son Lorenzo, four brothers, one sister and one daughter-in-law Irene Hubbard.
