Joey N. Willard Joey N. Willard, 40, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 in St. George, Utah. Joey was born May 11, 1974 in Liberty, Utah to Jim and Carol Willard. He worked at Powder Mountain on the ski patrol for many years. He loved being outdoors, and was an expert skier. He was an artist and loved creating art of all kinds. While residing in St. George, he had a successful career in interior design. He was an expert in his field. He had a wonderful singing voice and loved singing karaoke with friends and family. He loved his family and loved holding family get togethers. He lit up the room with his presence and will be greatly missed. He is survived by his parents, Jim and Carol Willard, of St. George; brother, Bo (Alecia), of St. George; nieces and nephew, Sammy, Chey, T.J., Makayla, and Jessi; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He left a legacy of love and will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. The family will greet friends and family from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at the Liberty Ward, 4279 North 3300 East, Liberty, Utah. A Graveside service and interment will be held at 12:30 p.m. at the Liberty Cemetery in Liberty, Utah.
