JOHANNES (JOHN) ANTOON MOOK HOOPER - Johannes (John) Antoon Mook. Beloved husband, father and Opa; returned home to our Heavenly Father on September 1, 2003. Johannes died peacefully with family at his side. Johannes and Gerritje (Gerry) were married 62 years. He leaves behind his loving wife Gerritje (Gerry), his children: Cornelies (Cynthia) Mook; Gesine (Ineke) (James) Scott; Jayne Mook; Richard Mook; Anthony (Tony) (Dana) Mook; Mark (Galynn) Mook; sister Ina Mook. His 25 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
