John "Jack" William Broadaway passed away on February 10, 2015 at Ogden
Regional Medical Center. Jack was born on December 19, 1942 in Gary, Indiana to Clifton Woodrow Broadaway and Stella Gertrude Renz.

Jack graduated from Merrillville High School in Indiana in 1961.

He married Betty Wood on September 1, 1984 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Jack proudly served as an active duty member of the United States Air Force for 21 years and achieved the rank of Chief Master Sargent. Jack also served in Vietnam.

He is a member of the Catholic Church.

He enjoyed golf, traveling in the RV with his wife and spending very special time with his family.

He is survived by his wife Betty, his children Dewy Edwin Rightmyer Jr. (Dede), Clifton John Broadaway, Michael William Broadaway (Sheri) and Genalee Rose Jones, (William); 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Also six sisters; Mary Ann, Sue, Sandy, Debbie, Jenny and Micki and two brothers; Tom and Joe, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at 11 am at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. There will a gathering from 10:30 to 11:00 am prior to the service.
