John Stanley Miller

John S. (Jack) Miller, 67 Layton, Utah, formerly of Johnson City, NY, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2001. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Patricia M. Miller, daughter and son-in-law, Katherine and Todd Elmy, sons and daughters-in-law, John and Irene Miller, Binghamton, NY, and Gerald and Tracy Miller, Sunset, UT, grandchildren, Mandy and Cole Evans, Clearfield, UT, Brian and Tessie Miller, Kailua, HI, Shaun Miller, Binghamton, NY, Kirsten Marvin and Audrey Benjamin, Binghamton, NY, great-granddaughters, Ashleigh, Courtnee, Morganne Evans, Clearfield, UT and Kennedy and Brylee Miller, Kailua, HI, also, one sister, Linda Busky, Brackney, PA, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was a graduate of Johnson City High School, and served in the Korean War with the United States Air Force. He retired from Anitec Corporation in Binghamton, NY where he was a chief fireman for 21 years.

Jack was a good man, and loved his family very much. He was an avid reader and had a passion for John Wayne Movies. He also enjoyed monthly trips to Idaho.
