John "Johnny" Arthur Moore Obituary (1950 - 2012)

Johnny Moore HOOPER - John A. Moore joyfully returned to his Heavenly Father, Friday, December 14, 2012. He was born August 18, 1950 to J. Arthur Moore and Nola Jean Beus Moore. He attended Weber County Schools in the special education program. He grew up in Hooper and loved animals. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He lived at Wide Horizons for several years, spending the last 22 years at Heritage Park Care Center. The family would like to thank them for their many years of loving care. Johnny is survived by his parents: Arthur and Nola Jean Moore; brothers: Ricky (Teresa) Moore and Dale (Kim) Moore; sisters: Christine Horrocks and Susan (Brent) Coles and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Dwight. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hooper 3rd Ward chapel at 5601 South 6100 West. A viewing will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West and on Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
