Joseph Nephi Weeks

ROY - Joseph Nephi Weeks, 76, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at Wasatch Care Center in Ogden.

He was born in Twin Falls, Idaho January 9, 1931. Graduated from Burley High School in 1950. He was drafted into the Army and honorably discharged.

He married Vanel Smith, they had one son, they were divorced. He married Carol Lynn Hanson in the Salt Lake Temple, they had one daughter and four sons. They were divorced. He married Janet Argyle in the Salt Lake Temple in 1988. She passed away in 1995. He married Yvonne Cole December 12, 1996. He lived in the Ogden area for the last 50 years. He made his living as a bakery manager for Albertsons, Alpha Beta and Smiths. He retired from Smiths in 1996.

He was M.I.A. Secretary, Sunday School Teacher, Financial Clerk, Assistant in High Priest Leadership.

He is survived by his wife, and five sons, David Weeks, Rick Weeks, Michael Weeks, Jeff Weeks, Joe Weeks all of Washington, eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter Linda Frances.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June, 18, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the Roy 9th Ward Chapel, 4250 South 2175 West. Friends and family may call on Saturday, June 16th at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
