Karen Louise (Fox) Patterson Obituary (1943 - 2021)

Karen Louise Patterson, passed away at the age of 78, on November 19, 2021 in Sunset, Utah. She was Born in Casper Wyoming on June 18, 1943 to Harold M Fox and Hazel I Elliott Fox. She grew up in Ranchester and Dayton Wyoming and graduated from Tongue River High School. She married Leroy Patterson in 1961. Together they had two children, son Tory and daughter Terri. They later divorced. She lived most of her adult life in Cheyenne and Guernsey Wyoming and Sunset, Utah the last few years. Karen loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed reading, gardening and was addicted to John Wayne movies. She also loved to go on treasure hunts at garage sales and thrift stores. Karen is survived by her son, Tory Patterson of Evans Colorado, daughter Terri (Steve) Jenson of Sunset, Utah, grandsons Ty and Colt Patterson of Evans Colorado who she absolutely cherished. Her brother Arthur (Connie) Fox of Tonasket, Washington. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents Karen was a great mom and grandmother and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. The family will have a celebration of life gathering at a later date
