Keith Merrill Dickson, 91, died on May 9, 2018. He was born March 9, 1927, in Salt Lake City to Sheldon and Mary Ellen Platt Dickson. Keith grew up in Riverdale, served as a staff sergeant in World War II, and graduated from BYU.
He married Joan Farr on June 15, 1951, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, served in many church positions throughout his life, and was a devoted father to seven children: Jolyn, Merrill, Joni, Cory, Kyle, Kent, and Kurt.
He worked at Mountain Bell for 34 years in Ogden, Salt Lake, El Paso, Helena, and Tucson. He retired in Denver as Director of Marketing.
Survived by his children, 20 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and brothers, Harold and Howard. Preceded in death by wife, Joan, sister, Ethelyn Graham and brother, Grant.
The viewing will be Thursday, May 17th at 11am, Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., in Ogden, followed by remembrances and interment at Ogden City Cemetery.
