Keith A. Pomeroy

KEITH A. POMEROY

Keith A Pomeroy passed away at home September 12, 2005. He was born June 15, 1951 in Ogden, Utah to Clifford A Pomeroy and Claramae Grant Combe. He graduated from Ogden High school, attended Weber State University and the University of Utah.
He served in Vietnam.

On October 21, 1989 he married the love of his life Julee Robinson. She preceded him in death in 2004. Keith is survived by his mother, Claramae Combe daughters Rachel Pomeroy and Elizabeth Pomeroy and their mother, Kathy Johnson; two step-sons, Keith (Julia) Zimmer and Jared Zimmer, three grandchildren, Anthony and Makayla Pomeroy and Callie Zimmer. Sisters Linda (Ralph) Mitchell, San Ramon, CA.; Cherryl (Jack) Byrd, Hayward, CA.; Brothers David Pomeroy San Ramon, CA; Kelly Pomeroy, Martinez, CA.; and Jeffrey Combe, San Diego, CA. He had many cousins, nieces, nephews and his Aunt and Uncle Nadine and Bob Anderson who loved him very much. He was preceded in death by his father and his wife.

Keith and his wife Julee spent many years helping, counseling and sponsoring people in AA. On October 18 he would have had 19 years sobriety. Keith's family invites his friends to celebrate his life with them on Saturday, September 17 at the AA Valley Camp, Ogden Canyon from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.

"God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference." To quote his sister, Linda, "I know there are miracles in this life because Keith was our miracle".
