Keith LaVar Stevenson born December 13, 1935 to William Athol and Lavon Nelson Stevenson passed away April 8, 2017 in Ogden, Utah. He attended Dee Elementary, Mound Fort Jr. High and Ogden High Class of 54. Keith married Dorothy Lavern Garner July 24, 1959, in Elko Nevada.

He is survived by 3 children; Debbie (Joseph) Dorn, Pamela Mangum, and Kris LaVar (Kendra) Stevenson. Keith has 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and 1 brother Myron Stevenson.

Keith served in the Navy from August, 25, 1954 - August 24, 1962.
He loved to do woodworking, puzzles, and yardwork. He truly loved to go on family fishing and hunting trips.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, 2 brothers: Eugene and Edwin, 2 sisters: Virginia and Elaine and 1 grandson Travis John Mangum.

The family would like to thank McKay Dee Hospital 3rd floor IMC staff and V.A. Wound Care staff.

Graveside Services will be held Saturday, April 15, 2017, 11:00 AM at the Hooper City Cemetery, 5340 South 6300 West, Hooper, Utah. A family viewing will be held prior to the services from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West Roy, Utah.
