Ken Buelo, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather left this mortal life August 27, 2017.

Ken was born March 19, 1928 in Vernon, Wisconsin, to John and Edna Summers Buelo. He was one of nine children who have all passed before him. Ken and his siblings were all separated at young ages, when their parents died. Ken went to live with Jim and Jean Craig on their large dairy farm in Wisconsin where he was a farm hand. He graduated from Mukwonago High School. Shortly after, he joined the US Air Force. Ken was stationed at Hill Air Force Base, where he met Glenna Bingham. They married December 31, 1950. They were happily married for 67 years. Ken was employed at HAFB for 33 years and retired.

Ken loved the Green Bay Packers, hunting, fishing, family vacations, traveling with mom after retirement, and golfing with many friends, especially Glen and Lucille Larson. He also enjoyed handiwork and could build or fix anything.

Ken is survived by his devoted wife and caregiver Glenna, and their 5 children: Sharon (Ron) Bair, Patty (Mark) Woodward, David (Marilyn) Buelo, Craig, and Brent. They have 18 grandchildren and 51 great grandchildren with 3 more great grandchildren on the way.

Health issues have plagued him for many years and he spent the last 2 years with the wonderful friends and staff at Family Tree, West Point, UT. We appreciate the loving care from Comfort WoRx Hospice and Bree Payne in his final days. We thank countless Dixie Ward members for their care, and Jerry and Raquel Bullough, their valiant home teachers.

Funeral Services will be held at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. Friday, September 1, 2017 at 1:00 pm.

Interment will be in Memorial Park at Layton, 1867 N Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah
