KENNETH ROBERT GROBERG

CLINTON-Ken Groberg, loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, passed away November 14, 2013 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Ken was born September 2, 1946, in Ogden, UT, to Richard and Jean Groberg. He graduated from Weber High School in 1964, served an LDS mission to the Gulf States, and attended Weber State College. On May 3, 1968 he married his eternal companion, Linda Hadley and together they raised one son and four daughters.

He had a strong testimony of the Savior and thoroughly enjoyed serving as the Gospel Doctrine teacher in his ward.

Ken had the unique ability to make life-long friendships with people in a matter of minutes, and had a true gift of making people feel welcome and relaxed whenever he was around.

He loved to read and gain knowledge, the outdoors, Lake Powell, and anything that involved being with his family.

He is survived by his wife Linda, daughter Denise (Ken) Ashby, son Ron (Chalese) Groberg, daughters Cindy (Derek) Campbell, Melinda (Bryce) Bishop, his 16 grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, and 10 siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Shauna, and brother Ricky.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2013, at 11 a.m., at the Clinton 19th Ward Chapel, 702 W. 1300 N. Clinton, Utah. A viewing will be held on Friday, November 22nd, from 6-8 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 S. 1900 W., Roy, Utah, and on Saturday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m., prior to services.

Interment, Clinton City Cemetery.
