Kevin Bowcutt

Kevin Reese Bowcutt was born May 26, 1969, the second son of Wayne and Sondra Bowcutt. He passed on to a better life on May 12, 2026, from complications of multiple sclerosis.

Kevin attended schools in Brigham City, Utah, graduating from Box Elder High School as president of his graduating class. He was very active in high school activities, such as being a member of the Madrigals, on the school’s seminary council for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and participating in drama and music. He was the lead male actor in the high school’s production of “Carousel,” and he received honors for his acting abilities. He was chosen to be the bass soloist for the Utah State High School Choir performance at the LDS Tabernacle in Salt Lake City.

After high school, Kevin attended Utah State University and fulfilled a two-year LDS mission in Chicago, Illinois.

Kevin married Stacie Blackhurst in the Logan, Utah Temple. They welcomed two daughters to their family, Tiffanie and Heather. Kevin and Stacie were later divorced.

Kevin is survived by his parents, Wayne and Sondra Bowcutt; brothers, Darren and Jared Bowcutt; sister, Mishelle (Todd) Zito; daughters, Tiffanie and Heather; and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., 506 S. 200 E. Brigham City, UT. A viewing will be held from 10:30-11:45 a.m., prior to funeral service, at the church. Interment will be at the Brigham City Cemetery.
