Kevin John O'Leary Obituary (1952 - 2008)

Kevin John O'Leary ROY - Kevin J. O'Leary passed away Sunday, August 17, 2008 of cancer. He was born February 28, 1952. His parents were George J. and Luella Weaver. He married Kathy Atkinson on October 4, 1980. Kevin graduated from Roy High School in 1970. He is survived by his wife Kathy and children: Chris (Lisa), Rick, Mike, Staci (Nathan), Emily, and seven grandchildren. Father, George J. Weaver, brothers and sisters, Michael (Nickie) O'Leary, Shannon O'Leary, John (Cindy) Weaver, Melonie Field, Stephanie (Michael) Bennion. Preceded in death by his son Jeffrey O'Leary, his mother Luella Weaver, and brother Kelly O'Leary. Kevin was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He loved spending time with his kids and always was there for his family and friends. He enjoyed golfing, shooting pool, playing cards, and hunting. Kevin was very social and had a competitive spirit and a big Heart. We will miss you dad. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Ogden City Cemetery, 20th and Madison Ave. Family and friends may gather on Thursday from 10 to 11:00 a.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, prior to services.
