Kimberlee Lintz Metz Kimberlee Lintz Metz, age 56, passed away September 13, 2013 at her home in Ventura, CA. She was born July 8, 1957 in Ogden, Utah to Dorothy Louise Lintz and DuWayne P. Lintz. On June 6, 1998 she married Luke Metz in Port Hueneme, California. Kimberlee grew up in Layton, Utah and graduated from Layton High School. She later attended Weber State University where she achieved a Bachelor of Science degree. Kim loved travelling, water skiing, music, basketball, concerts, dancing, and had a true talent as an artist. Her most recent accomplishments were achieving the title of "Grandma" with the birth of her beautiful Grandson Sawyer, and reigniting her artistic talents with amazing creations from her latest artistic passion, glass working. She was an incredible person that touched the lives of everyone she came in contact with and will forever remain one of God's greatest gifts. She had an amazing ability to find the good in everything and would brighten up a room just by being in it. Kimberlee is survived by her husband Luke; mother, Dorothy Lintz; brother, Wesley Lintz; and son, Jeremy Smith. Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, 21 September 2013 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. A visitation will be held prior to the services from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
