KURT DUSTIN SCHUMACHER LAYTON - Kurt Dustin Schumacher, 16, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2001. He was born February 17, 1985 at the Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas, the son of Johnny Paul and Sukhui Yim Schumacher. He was a junior at Northridge High School. He was a member of the ROTC and the football team. He was well liked by his peers. He enjoyed computers, loved to swim, enjoyed fishing and playing the piano. Kurt is survived by his parents, Layton; one brother, Mark Schumacher, Layton; his paternal grandparents, Herb & Marlyn Vossler, Glendale, AZ; Paul & Pam Schumacher, Nebraska; and his maternal grandparents,Yim Kyon Chea and Park Chan Hyo, Korea.
