Leander E. Coates III Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His Saints Leander Coates, "Petie", 36, passed away at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Saturday, March 15, 2003. Pete was born in Ft. Valley, GA on May 31, 1966 to Leander and Mattie Coates. Pete was the oldest of eight children, and is survived by his four brothers, and three sisters: Verlecia, Charles, Troy, Daryl, Conita, Tony, Leann: nieces and nephews: Devon, Clarence, Sasha, Adriene, Dasha, Dawan, Elisha, Alex, Jayden, Cicily, Jay, Tyson: and countless friends and family! Pete played a major part in our lives and has touched us deeply. Though he will be missed greatly, we will never forget him! Cremation under the direction of Myers Mortuary.
