Loa Freeman Hunsaker Obituary (1911

Loa Freeman Andreasen Hunsaker Loa Freeman Andreasen Hunsaker, 98, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2009 in La Habra, California. Loa was born on September 27, 1911 in Brigham City, Utah, to Alf and Olga Freeman. She spent her younger years in Brigham City and later moved to California to pursue a nursing career. She spent most of her career working as an emergency room nurse. Loa retired at age 70 to La Habra, California, where she spent the rest of her days. She found joy living close to her two daughters and many grandchildren. Loa was a member of the La Habra Ward of the LDS Church and served as the Sunday School Secretary and as a Visiting Teaching Supervisor. Loa is survived by her daughters: Sharlene (Brent) Gillis and Donna Curtin, seven grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:00 am at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, Utah. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 10:40 am. at the Mortuary. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
