Lorraine H. Lyle

Lorraine Hunt Lyle, 74, passed away December 18, 2005 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born November 28, 1931, in Cedar City, Utah. She married Hugh Andrew Lyle in 1959 in the Los Angeles LDS Temple.

Lorraine was very active in the LDS Church. She held many callings including Young Women's president and gospel doctrine teacher. She taught the temple preparation class and enjoyed being a visiting teacher. She went on two LDS missions with her husband and loved her Heavenly Father. She will be missed.

Survived by her husband Hugh, of Farmington; 7 children: Stephen (Becky) Providence, UT, Allen (Karen) Bloomington, UT, Gordon (Linda) St. George, UT, Teresa Washington Oakland, CA, Patti Angus (Eddy) Princeton, CA, Douglass Pleasant Hill, CA; 19 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 1 grandchild.
