Lynn Barrett Reeder Obituary (1933 - 2003)

LYNN BARRETT REEDER PERRY - Lynn Barrett Reeder, 69, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2003 at his home. He was born May 23, 1933 in Brigham City, Utah a son of Ralph Roland and Ruth Barrett Reeder. Lynn served in the Air Force in the Korean conflict. He met Carol Woodard in Charleston, South Carolina and they were married on July 6, 1955 in the Logan Temple. Lynn was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served in many positions, and as a Mission Couple in the Hawaii Temple Visitor Center. He graduated from BYU and taught School in Brigham City and loved to spend time on his farm. Lynn is survived by his loving wife, Carol, children; Dianne (Dale) Thompson, Brigham City; Barry (Sharon) Reeder, Perry; Cherie (Alan) Woodfield, North Ogden; Dale Reeder, South Ogden; Peggy (Chris) Montoya, Moses Lake, WA; Kendall (Kim) Reeder, Mexico City; Sandy (Alan) Smith, Brigham City; Ryan (Suzanne) Reeder, Brigham City; 26 grandchildren and sister; Phyllis (Phil) Christoffersen, North Ogden. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at May 17, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Perry 6th Ward Chapel, 2415 Park Dr., Perry, UT. Friends may call on Friday, May 16, 2003 from 6:00 to 8:00 at Myers Mortuary, 205 S. 100 E., Brigham City, UT and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Church. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Huntsman Cancer Center.
