Margarita Slack Obituary (1927 - 2011)

CLEARFIELD - Margarita Slack, 84, passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at Davis Hospital and Medical Center. She was born May 9, 1927 in Mexico, the daughter of Andres and Trinidad Molina Gonzalez. She married Sam Shelby Slack on February 14, 1948 in Mexico. After eight years of marriage, Sam passed away September 25, 1956. Margarita loved to knit, sew and read. She is survived by her children: Alicia Slack, Roberto Slack and Sam Slack, 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruth Slack and son, Enrique Slack. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy.
