Margaret "Peggy" Wright

OGDEN - Margaret Morrison Robertson Wright, age 85, died Sunday, November 17, 2002 at her home due to complications from the Nebo Loop bus accident.

She was born June 27, 1917 in Dunfermline, Scotland to John and Mary Duncan Robertson. She married Paul Wright Sr. on December 27, 1941 in Sandwich, Massachusetts. He preceded her in death on July 3, 1992.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Peggy was active with Senior Friends, volunteering at the hospital and the Encore Shop for 15 years. She enjoyed ceramics, knitting, BINGO! and outdoor activities including building a cabin in Evergreen Estates.

Surviving are her children, Sandee (John) Freeman, Ogden; John (Chris) Wright, Roy; JoAnne (Brenda) Jones, St. George; Paul (Wendy) Wright, Liberty; Billee Petersen, So. Ogden; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Joan Forrester, Ogden; Mary Watt of Massachusetts; three nieces; and three nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one son, Bob.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to the loving staff at Ogden Regional, the loving support provided by the Sisters and the many doctors, Senior Friends, and the loving care of IHC Hospice.
