Margene Everett

Margene Everett - Our sweet mother passed from this life to the next on November 1, 2022. She was 92.
She was born on February 6, 1930, in Millville, Utah, the daughter of John Evan Anderson and Lydia Loretta (Clark) Anderson. She married George William Everett on January 9, 1948, in Clearfield Utah
She started her career working at Hill AFB, as a "Rosie the Riveter", Smith's Food King, bakery; National Service making men's suits; Serria Lingerie; Kitchen worker at Weber County Memorial Hospital; Levelor Blinds; Angelia Maries making candy. She retired in 1995.
She was a crafter who loved to make cards, an excellent seamstress making all her children's clothing; A gardener who loved roses; She like to paint she truly loved the holidays, not just
Christmas but every Holiday! She loved decorating and making special treats for her grandchildren for those holidays including suckers, caramel popcorn, cupcakes, candy apples, caramels, and chocolates
She is survived by eight children. Cheryl and Ken Muldowney, Boise ID; Carol and Dave Chase, Plain City UT; Linda and Henry Schmidt, Evanston, WY; Terry and Dean Boren Manilla UT; Steven and LaDawn Everett; St Petersburg FL; Michael and Nancy Everett, Denton TX; Dixie Salisbury Cedar Grove NC; Pamela Smith, Clearfield UT; 31 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren; 33 great, great grandchildren. They are really going to miss her.
Three sisters, Melba Markland; Iva Lou James, Jeanette Clawson and one brother, Don Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, one daughter and one grandson and one great grandson.
The family would like to thank the staff from Envision hospice care. Amber, Robin, James, Seleste, Hailey, Stephanie, and Nathan. They were all so loving and sweet with mom. We never could have done it without their help.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday November 12, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Myers Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy. A viewing prior to services will be held for family and friends from 11:30 to 12:30. Interment, Clinton City Cemetery, 813 N 750 W. Clinton, UT
