Marianne Ricks

Marianne Ricks, age 56, passed away Monday, October 19th at her home. She was born January 30, 1959 in Ogden, UT to G. Ronald Ricks and Ingrid A. Ricks.

She graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1977. She had worked at Prescription Center North, HAFB and IRS. She loved music and played the bass guitar and violin. She loved spending time with her family and treasured her sons, Marty and Timmy.

She is survived by her mother, Ingrid A. Ricks; two sons, Marty and Timmy of Ogden; three brothers, Ronald (Rose), Scott (Brittany), Ogden and Randy (Cynthia), Las Vegas; two sisters, Ingrid and Nancy Ricks, Ogden and a nephew and four nieces. She is also survived by her partner of 22 years, Richard Trujillo.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; father, G. Ronald Ricks and brother, Sonny A. Ricks and her sister Angela Ricks Saffari who passed away a day later.

Services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Friends may call on Sunday from 6 to 8 PM and Monday from 10 to 10:40AM.

Interment, Plain City Cemetery.
