ROY - Mary Jane Mathews Manfull, 85, our loving mother, and grandmother, returned home to her Heavenly Father, January 13, 2012. She was born June 1, 1924 to Mary Thelma Graham and Burt Mathews. She was raised in Ogden, Utah with her sister, Emma Gean Mathews.
She married the love of her life, Nolan W. Manfull in April 1942. They had three wonderful children, Suzanne, Michael and Kevin. They spent many years in Europe where Nolan was assigned to US Logistics Command.
She worked at St Benedicts Hospital for many years, but found that staying home and raising her children was the only work she really loved.
She was active in the AFA with her husband for many years, and enjoyed the dinner parties they put together for all of the visiting dignitaries' to HAFB.
After Nolan passed away, she spent many years visiting and swimming with all of her dear friends at the Roy Complex. She later met and married Edward Boyer. She finished out her years with him in Roy, Utah.
She is survived by her husband, Ed; son, Michael; grandchildren, Liz (Tom) Mask, Rich (Dianna) Hillman, Lisa (Carl) Cloward, Mike (Bonnie) Manfull, Kevin Manfull, Natalie (Trevor) Morgan, Kegan Manfull, Devan Vogel; nieces and nephews, Hollis (Sue), Richard (Star), Kathy (Dick) Mindy (Bob), Mathew, 14 great-grandchildren and 15 great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Nolan; sister, Emma Gean; daughter, Suzanne, and son, Kevin Manfull.
Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at 1:30p.m., at Myers Roy Mortuary 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah. Friends and family may call from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m., prior to services.
