Mary Ann Wyatt Wardle

Our loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother returned to her Heavenly home on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.

Mary Ann was born October 23, 1929 in Riverdale, Utah to Sidney L. and Velma Ball Wyatt. She graduated from BYU and started her career as a school teacher. Mary Ann was an accomplished pianist and organist, teaching piano for many years. She had a lifelong love of music.

Mary Ann married Jay Don Wardle on June 20, 1952 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. As a member of the LDS church she served in many ward and stake callings and for many years as ward organist. She also served a full time mission with her husband to the California Fresno Mission. She was a great support to her husband in his many leadership callings.

In 1979 she and her husband founded JD Machine Corp.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband Don; children, Rebecca (Jerry) Sandberg, Lisa Leigh, Natalie (Brent) White, Peggy (Sid) Creager, Matt (Teal) Wardle; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and a brother and a sister, Sidney B. Wyatt and Toni Weight.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters, Velma Wyatt, Guila Toone and Vola Campbell.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the Ben Lomond 12th Ward, 3610 N 650 East, North Ogden. A visitation will be held on Sunday, at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. from 6 to 8 PM and prior to the service at the church from 9:40 to 10:40 AM. Interment, Ben Lomond Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the LDS Missionary Fund or a charity of your choice in Mary Ann's name.
