Michael Glenn Iverson

Michael Glenn Iverson, 61, of Brigham City Utah, passed away on October 30, 2015. He was surrounded by his family as he gave this world his physical body.
Michael was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on November 8, 1953 to Palmer and Arla Iverson.
He joined the Navy in 1971 and performed telecommunications aboard the U.S.S. Guam. He was stationed in California, Iceland, and Virginia during his service.
Michael found his true love and life long soul mate, Deborah Ann Bair in 1971 and took her hand in marriage on March 11, 1972. Michael and his family settled down in Brigham City, Utah in 1975.
Michael enjoyed the company of family and friends throughout his life. He was a hard working man that always did what was necessary to better the lives of his family. Michael was an excellent teacher and role model. He enjoyed hunting with family and close friends. He picked up fishing and tended to favor that in the later years of his life.
Michael is survived by his wife, Deborah, two sons: Justin (Shannon) Iverson and Ryan (Jennifer) Iverson: four grandchildren, Michael, Hunter, Roman and Ruby. Also surviving is his mother Arla, siblings: Bruce Iverson, Karen Ferrebee, Kathy Iverson and Kurt Iverson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Palmer Iverson, two brothers: Mark Iverson & Jeff Iverson.
Celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Myers Mortuary 205 South 100 East, Brigham City, UT.
Friends may greet family on Thursday, November 5th from 6:00 - 800 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00- 12:40 p.m. at the Mortuary.
Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery with Military Honors Accorded.
