MICHAEL LEE THURGOOD

CLINTON - Michael Lee Thurgood passed away May 15, 2009. He was born on June 15, 1967 in Ogden, a son of John and Carma Thurgood.

Mike married the love of his life, Angela Stewart, on November 21, 1997.

He was a resident of Davis County.

He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family. He was happiest when he was with his wife and grandson. He had an especially close relationship with his nephew, Tyler Davis.

He is survived by his wife Angela Thurgood, his parents John and Carma Thurgood, stepsons; Donald (Monica) Otterstrom, Corey Otterstrom, grandson Gage Otterstrom, brother Johnny (Donna) Thurgood, sisters; Gaylene Hamilton, Becky (James) Stephens, and Lori Davis, and many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., at the West Point Cemetery, 40 North 4000 West, West Point, Utah. Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m., at Myers Roy Mortuary, 5865 South 1900 West, Roy, Utah.

Interment in the West Point Cemetery.
