LAYTON - Natalie Anne Basham, age 3, passed away June 21, 2006 from injuries sustained in a tragic accident. She was born December 9, 2002, in Layton, Utah, to William Lloyd and Juliet Ali Failano Basham.

Natalie was a sweet little girl who loved to read and play games with her parents and sisters. She loved to play with her dolls and all the things little girls do. She would challenge herself by doing puzzles years above her age. Natalie loved everyone unconditionally and was precious to everyone who knew her. Her Father, Bill, recently returned from a tour of duty in Iraq and his family is grateful he was here for her last days on earth.

Survived by her loving parents, Bill and Juliet Basham; beloved sisters, Brittany Basham and Kristine Failano; Grandmother, Lilia Failano; Aunts and Uncles, Steve & Linda Basham, Pam & Sam Reed, Joe & Mickey Basham, Dan Basham, John Basham, Aurelia & Guillermo Afaga, Lorna Failano, Fabio Jr. & Ashna Failano, Edmund Failano, Richard Failano and a myriad of cousins. Proceeded in death by her grandparents, Lloyd & Helen Basham, and a grandfather, Fabio Failano Sr.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 1, 2006 at 2:00 pm at the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery, 100 Monroe Blvd., Ogden. Family and friends may call Saturday from 10:00 - 12:00 am at Myers Mortuary, 250 N. Fairfield Rd., Layton.
