Neoma Marie Bergen Emery Obituary (1915 - 2010)

Neoma Emery BRIGHAM CITY - Neoma Marie Bergen Emery, 95 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Willow Glen Care Center. Neoma was born in Brigham City, Utah on June 21, 1915 a daughter of Luther Martin and Marie Elizabeth Bjorndal Bergen. On June 13, 1938 Neoma married Marvin Patrick Emery in Los Angeles, California. Patrick passed away on March 22, 1982. Surviving are her children: Michael Patrick Emery, Boise, Idaho; and Mary Elizabeth Emery, Ames, Iowa; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her siblings: Lucy Bergen Earl and Karl Bergen both of Brigham City. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son, Dan Martin Emery and a brother, Luther Bergen. Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the Brigham 12th Ward Chapel, 620 N. 300 E., Brigham City, where friends may call Tuesday 9:00 to 9:40 a.m. at the Church. Interment in the Brigham City Cemetery.
