Nita Lacey Watson Carey

OGDEN - Nita, 91, passed away August 8, 2004 in Ogden, Utah.

She was born December 23, 1912 in Orongo, Jasper County, Missouri to Margaret Stults and Rollon A. Lacey. She was the eldest of nine children.

She married Jack J. Watson and C. Fred Carey. They are both deceased.

Nita worked at Wangsgard's, Anita Shop and Defense Depot Ogden.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Ogden 40th Ward.

Nita is survived by a daughter, Jacquelyn (Bill) Lichfield, Corinne, Utah and a son, Robert D. Watson, Ogden, UT; brothers and sisters, Clyde (Louise) Lacey, West Virginia; Don Lacey, Ogden; Bill (Betty) Lacey, Texas; Wanda (Norm) Maero, North Carolina; Genile (Jim) Richardson, Ogden. She is also survived by grandchildren, LuAnn Lichfield Horne, Dale (Lucinda) Lichfield, Mark (Kassidy) Lichfield, Neil (Jan) Lichfield, Angie (Curtis) Evans, Pamela Hyde, Jodie (Bobby) Keese; 18 great grandchildren, nine great-great grandchildren and two more expected.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bernard Lacey and Bob Lacey; one sister, Ruth Lacey; sisters-in-law, Jerry Lacey and Leta Lacey; one great-granddaughter, Kellie Evans; one great-great grandson, Bohdi Silvia.
