Norma Wayne Madsen Williamson

SUNSET - Norma Wayne Madsen Williamson, 81, passed away Monday, January 15, 2007 at Davis Hospital in Layton.

She was born October 19, 1925 in Tulare, California, the daughter of Wren and Nora Madsen.

She married John Rex Williamson on December 28, 1957 in Evanston, Wyoming. John passed away April 11, 2001.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Norma lived most of her life in Sunset. She was the most loving, kind and generous person, mother, grandmother and wife. Her life was spent in service and caring for her family and others. She loved reading, gardening and handiwork.

She is survived by her son Rodney W. (Sandra) Frew of Layton; daughter Terri L. Lindsey of Roy; grandchildren, Cameron Frew of South Weber; Jordan (Rachel) Frew of Ogden; Carson Frew of Layton and Cali-Jo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John, and siblings.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 19, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Myers Mortuary in Roy, 5865 South 1900 West. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.
