Oswaldo Ganem

Oswaldo Jose Ganem Padron, 83, passed away on August 17, 2023, in Washington Terrace, Utah. He was born on November 27, 1939, in Naguanagua, Venezuela to Esteban Ganem and Ana Lucia Padron.

Oswaldo married Libia Teresa Rios in Valencia, Venezuela on 1972. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Orlando, Florida LDS Temple on 1995. He served as a Bishop and in many callings within the church and was a faithful member.

He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Agronomy, he was an expert in the science of soil management and crop production.

His passion was farming, his folk music and being surrounded by horses and cattle.

He loved his family with devotion and entire dedication.

Oswaldo is survived by his wife Libia Ganem, son Oswaldo (Ozzy) Ganem, and daughter Linda Ganem and 6 grandchildren.

The Funeral Service will be August 26, 2023, at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah. Friends and family may gather for a visitation on Saturday from (4:00-5:00). The funeral service will begin at 5:00 P.M.

Oswaldo contrajo matrimonio con Libia Teresa Rios en Valencia, Venezuela en 1972. Luego se sellaron por tiempo y eternidad en el Templo de Orlando, Florida en 1995. El sirvio como Obispo y en muchos otros llamamientos de la iglesia y fue siempre un miembro fiel.
Se graduo como Agronomo en el ano 1965. El fue un profesional en la ciencia de la Produccion Agropecuaria.
Su passion era su campo, su musica llanera y estar rodeado de vacas y caballos
Amo a su familia con devocion y con total entrega.
A Oswaldo le sobreviven su esposa Libia Ganem, su hijo Oswaldo (Ozzy) Ganem, su hija Linda Ganem y sus 6 nietos.
Los servicios funerales se llevaron a cabo el 26 de Agosto del 2023 en la funeraria Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah. Los amigos y familiares podran reunirse para compartir sus condolencias el Sabado de 4pm a 5pm. El servicio funeral comenzara a las 5:00 P.M.
