PAULA "MARLENE" LIPSKI

SUNSET - Paula "Marlene" Lipski, 57, passed away Friday, May 13, 2005, after a courageous battle with cancer at her home surrounded by her family.

Paula was born March 13, 1948 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Thomas and Arlene Hooper Stevenson. She married Joseph Lipski on January 6, 1968 in Collingdale, Pennsylvania.

She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd and belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary. She held a Masters of Education degree and taught at the Clearfield Job Corp. She loved her husband, family, grandchildren and friends.

She lived for her students and the love of teaching. Nothing brought her greater joy than gaining and sharing knowledge. If you met her, you loved her. When she loved you, your life was changed forever.

Surviving are her husband, Joe; two daughters, Justine Fergeson, Wendover, NV, Cynthia (Darren) Honey, St. George, UT; and Jenifer Pont, Clinton, UT; grandchildren, P.J. and Kade Honey, Cody Fergeson, Taralyn Gebheim, and Ethan Pont; two brothers, Daniel Stevenson and Thomas Stevenson, III and a sister, Ginger Childs.
