Pauline Elizabeth Barnett Obituary (1913 - 2007)

OGDEN - Pauline Butler Barnett passed away on July 5, 2007, in the presence of her loving family, caring for her in her final days upon this earth. She passed with dignity and grace in peace at the age of 93. She will now unite with her father, mother, husband, sisters, and brother in eternal life. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and great - grandchildren, always saying she's happy. Pauline rarely if ever complained and served as an example to all in her full and wonderful life. Pauline was born in Ogden, Utah where she was raised and graduated from Ogden High School. She married Elmer Loveall Barnett on November 17, 1930 in the Salt Lake Temple. He passed away on February 14, 1975. Pauline was a member of the Memorial park ward and former member of the Ogden 21st ward where she served as the chorister of the singing mothers and was active in the Relief Society. She was also a member of the daughters of Utah pioneers. Surviving are one son and two daughters; Darrell (LaRue) Barnett, Kaysville; Betina (Rick) Swan, Salem, OR; Donna Barnett, Ogden; one brother Robert (Bonnie) Butler, South Ogden; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great grandchildren.
