Raymond Leonard Hernandez Feb. 21, 2018 On February 21. 2018 our angel baby Raymond Leonard Hernandez passed away. He leaves behind his loving parents, Michael Raymond Hernandez and Sarah Jean Patino, three sisters; Sierra Patino, Jasmine Hernandez, Mia Hernandez. He also left behind his grandparents; Glaunda Serrano, Leonard Patino, Great Grandfather, Conrad Hernandez and aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.
