On February 21. 2018 our angel baby Raymond Leonard Hernandez passed away.
He leaves behind his loving parents, Michael Raymond Hernandez and Sarah Jean Patino, three sisters; Sierra Patino, Jasmine Hernandez, Mia Hernandez. He also left behind his grandparents; Glaunda Serrano, Leonard Patino, Great Grandfather, Conrad Hernandez and aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.

A Tiny Soul

When God sends forth a tiny soul
To learn the ways of earth,
A mother's love is waiting there
We call this wonder birth.

When God calls home a little soul
And stills a fleeting breath,
A Father's love is waiting there,
This too is birth, not death.

Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm on Friday March 2, 2018 at Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd. Visitation prior at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Ogden, from 12:00 - 12:30 pm.
