Raymond Lee Quintana Sr. "Roach" Ogden - Raymond Lee Quintana Sr., 73, passed away September 28, 2014. He was born May 13, 1941 in Delta, Colorado to Fred Albert and Mary Martinez Quintana. His family moved to Clinton Utah, when he was 5, where he resided for 24 years and has lived in Ogden for 44 years. Raymond was a member of the Catholic Church. He married Florence C. Dominguez December 5, 1965 in Elko Nevada. Ray enjoyed his family and friends, golfing, hunting, camping, jogging and bicycling. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. He is survived by his wife, Florence; his daughter Christine Martinez (Samuel); two sons, Raymond Quintana Jr. (Marla), Fred Quintana; 8 grandchildren, Raylene, Krisha, Raymond (PJ), Kelsie, Kylee, Kashton, Shariden, Brooklynn; 3 great-grandchildren, Chaz, Analise, Kaium; goddaughters, Rita May Reyna and Lucy Sanchez. He is also survived by his siblings, Louise Quintana, Robert Quintana, Anthony Quintana, Judy Valdez, Vickie Martinez, Mary Ann Walters and Michael Quintana. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Jimmy and David and 2 sisters, Dorothy and Patricia. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at St. James Catholic Church, 495 No. Harrison Blvd. A viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. with a Rosary and services beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 3rd at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. The family would like to give special thanks to McKay Dee Hospital and Hospice for their care of Ray.
