Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Renee Gall Coles, completed her mortal journey and returned to her Heavenly Home on February 9, 2015.

Renee was born on December 12, 1934. She was raised by wonderful parents, Herman "Bud" and Violet Clark Gall.

Renee married Val LeRoy Coles on December 9, 1954. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints she served in many callings throughout her life and was very faithful and compassionate.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She lived for her family traditions of Easter Egg Hunts; Christmas breakfast and seeing the Christmas lights with her family at the Ogden Municipal Park. She loved to garden, quilt, and enjoyed tole painting. We all have many treasures that we will cherish forever.

Renee and Val loved to travel together, taking pictures of birds and nature. She enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of Antelope Island and Yellowstone. She enjoyed traveling to Hawaii with her family. She loved her dogs, especially Reggie.

Renee is survived by her husband of 60 years, Val; children Tara Lynn (Frank) Redd, Laurie Coles (Bill), Brent Val (Susan) Coles, Scott L. (Sheri) Coles; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Diane (Jay) Anderson and Marsha (Ralph) Tuttle.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the Washington Terrace 13th Ward, 4855 S. 300 W. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, prior to the service, from 9:40 to 10:40 a.m. Interment in the Uintah Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, 5001 Angel Canyon Rd., Kanab UT 84741 or through their website Bestfriends.org.
