Richard Lee Rackham

Richard Lee Rackham, 66, passed away on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 in Brigham City, UT.

Richard was born August 11, 1941 in Northhampton, MA, a son of Ernest Robert and Helen Irene Churchill Rackham.

He married Elaine Dora Greene in April of 1964 in Florence, MA. After her passing he married Linda Marie Greene in Clearfield, Utah on September 5, 1992.

Richard loved doing genealogy, the outdoors, hunting and fishing, gardening and his dog Sparks.

He was active in the LDS church where he served in the Chancellor Branch, Ogden cannery and many other callings in the church.

Richard was a police officer back east and also did security work. He belonged to the sheriffs Association and the NRA.

He served on the Clearfield City graffiti committee and participated in civil projects.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, and both wives.

Surviving are his sister Roberta, MA; his children; Helen, John, Kurt, and Ernie also of MA.; daughter Susan (Todd) Jensen of Brigham City, UT. And, step-son Jason (Ashley) Adams, Clearfield, UT. Also surviving are five grandchildren with another one on the way.
